A.C.R.O.N.Y.M.S. To Inspire,
Enhance and Heal MP3 CD
Completed in 2007, I began recording
A.C.R.O.N.Y.M.S. in 2003 that I have used as a means of
transforming words that challenged me. The CD contains 65
recorded stories about their creation. The recordings were
done live, please click on play below to hear an introduction.
Recordings began in
June of 2000 collaborating efforts with Steve Canty.
Steve and I began the Awakening Heart CD projects as meditation
CD's with the exception they would be live recordings with no
overdubs or remixes.
The music is designed to
create a journey experience that induces deep states of relaxation.
Steve and I recommend putting the music into surround sound

Awakening Heart 2 -To Inspire, Enhance and Heal
In 2002 to
2003 Steve and I began recording Live improv guitar and
keyboards. The intention was to create an environment of
openess and acceptance. Our approach was the same to record
live what we felt with no overdubs or remixes. Even after all
these years I still enjoy listening to our sentient

AFFIRMATIONS To Inspire, Enhance and
Heal
Sona and I created a
CD as a form of thought repatterning. We recorded 12
affirmations that we created and we speak the affirmations 3 times
each. The music is The Awakening Heart 2 music Steve
and I created with guitar and keyboards. The CD is designed to be played while resting or during sleep. Just released in October 2008, The Pyramid Prayer Project began Nov 2007 with the discovery of an ancient prayer that many cultures utilized. This is the second of an ongoing series in different languages.
Sona and I recorded this project with the intention of sharing this tool for personal transformation.

Pirámides de Oración (Spanish for Pyramid Prayer)
The Pyramid Prayer Project began Nov 2007 with the discovery of an ancient prayer that many cultures utilized. Just launched in June is the first of an ongoing series in different languages.
I was guided to call upon my dear friends from El Salvador to record this project. It has been an amazing experience to share this with our Spanish speaking brothers and sisters.
